Outright Purchase:
Tom Yarbrough Equipment Rental & Sales, Inc., is not a broker; we'll transfer funds on the spot for one unit or an entire fleet of equipment. This option allows you quick turnover and no obligation to the equipment once we purchase your unit or fleet.

Consignment Sale:
Consigning a piece of equipment is an excellent option as well. We will locate and transport your assets, even handling repossessions when necessary. We also have 20 years of appraisal experience and will establish wholesale and retail market prices for your equipment. You won't be charged storage fees and once we take possession of your assets, we'll become the sole marketing agent. We have our own in-house advertising department and participate in local, regional, national and international advertising. The Internet, direct mail, email and local/national trade publications are just a few of the marketing tools we use.

Rental Remits:
If a late model machine is consigned and your company wishes to make money while looking for a buyer, we can arrange rental. You'll be responsible for any repairs while the machine is rented, but Yarbrough Equipment will handle the repairs at our shop and make service calls when necessary.

Auction Sales:
Central Florida houses four of the largest equipment auctions in the world, attracting thousands of buyers from Europe, Asia, Canada and South America. If your company wishes to liquidate equipment at auction, Yarbrough Equipment will transport the machine and cover it at the auction. We'll even give you an approximate sales price prior to the auction date by assessing the latest auction reports.

Appraisals:
If your company would like Tom Yarbrough Equipment Rental & Sales, Inc., to appraise your assets, the cost is as follows: $250 per unit within a 50-mile radius of Plant City, Florida. Machines outside our 50-mile radius will require a hired, certified dealer (that is coordinated through Yarbrough Equipment) to appraise the unit(s). The cost is approximately $400 per machine, but may vary. Appraisal will entail a complete inspection of the hydraulic system, engine, transmission and general appearance, along with the digital pictures of the unit and a written inspection report. This enables us to disclose the wholesale, retail and auction value of the equipment.

Insurance and Storage:
If a machine is not consigned with Tom Yarbrough Equipment Rental & Sales, Inc., and you wish to store units at our facility, we charge a $50 per month storage fee. All units are to be covered with insurance by the customer within two business days of arrival. Yarbrough Equipment will insure the unit while in transit.
